Meet Team GO RO!

On Thursday, April 4th, our “GO RO” team will board a plane in Charlotte, NC, to Munich, Germany, and then another plane to Budapest, Hungary. A four-hour van ride will deliver us to Oradea, Romania, which will serve as home base for our Outreach Adventure to the elderly and frail in Dumbrava and Tinca, Romania. We are excited to partner with Pastor Viorel Pasca!

Some may think that our adventure begins April 4th, but  it began at different times for each team member: for one, it was when she saw photographs of the elderly on this blog and began to weep. Another team member leads our Christmas Boxes of Hope project and felt God’s leading to go serve those who have been receiving the gifts. In every case, God brought team members to this trip in His personalized ways! 

We have been meeting as a team since last November, praying, training on the I-See Kit, enjoying a Romanian meal, raising funds, and preparing and planning to be used of God to share His love in a variety of ways. Many of you reading this have donated resources to get us to Romania. You’ve encouraged us in dozens of ways! We are asking God to bless you abundantly… and then some!
