Elder Orphan Care serves at-risk elderly in Romania.

We partner with Pastor Viorel Pasca, helping to raise awareness and funds to assist him in providing shelter, nutrition, medical care and God's love for over 200 elderly and frail who would otherwise be homeless. We also seek to identify and meet the physical and spiritual needs of at-risk elderly in other areas of Romania by serving alongside already existing ministries.

Kim Jackson oversees EOC, travels as an advocate for the elderly and frail in Romania, coordinates fundraisers, and leads trips to Romania.
